For a single school/college:

- Each school/college must submit a Membership Application Form.

- Completed applications will be presented and voted upon by the HSHPS Membership Committee
  (within four weeks of submission date).

- If the application is approved, HSHPS will send a welcome letter and invoice to the school for $3,000.

For more than one school/college from the same institution:

- Each school/college must submit a Membership Application Form.

- Completed applications will be presented and voted upon by the HSHPS Membership Committee
  (within four weeks of submission date).

- If the application is approved, HSHPS will send a welcome letter and invoice to each school ($2500 for two schools/colleges from same institution or $2333 for two or more schools/colleges from same institution).
