This
section highlights the statistics and data that
affect the Hispanic community. These numbers
shed light on the major health disparities
facing Hispanic Americans, and give a great look
at how we are progressing as a group. The
information presented here was gathered from
several sources. If you would like to view the
sources please
information was gathered, we have broken the
data down into seven major sections. To access
the data in a specific area, please click on the
corresponding section title. New information
about the Hispanic community is constantly being
presented to the public. If there is additional
information that you are aware of and do not see
it here, please contact HSHPS and inform us
of what it is, and where we can access this
information. Please note that the term
Hispanic and Latino/a are used intermittently
and they do not denote the different races of
Hispanics, rather the U.S. Hispanic community as
a whole.
