HSHPS is governed by a Board of Directors, which consists of an elected representative from each member institution. Board members serve as liaisons between their respective institution and HSHPS. With each member institution from around the country being represented, HSHPS is able to ensure that the concerns of the different regions are considered and addressed. In addition, the Board of Directors is comprised of faculty who have a tremendous degree of instructional and research experience in the areas that most impact the Hispanic community and is therefore able to be a valuable resource to HSHPS and its stakeholders.
