| Thank you for your interest! The HSHPS Research Clearing House was developed in order to continue building the network of HSHPS faculty and to facilitate the distribution of information on research opportunities to the interested faculty at our member institutions. HSHPS identifies researchers conducting studies in various areas and facilitates future collaborations between respondents. The HSHPS faculty database consists of over 200 full-time faculty contacts that are currently conducting research and are also interested in working with other HSHPS faculty on future research targeted at Hispanic health concerns.
The HSHPS faculty database includes a list of various fields of research from which the respondents can identify themselves as either involved or interested in one or more research area(s). These listed fields may include, but are not limited to areas such as: environmental health, cancer, border health, cultural competence, obesity and diabetes. With this information, an assessment of Latino health research being conducted in different areas has been classified and recorded. This information will be used to inform public policy and program planners on the state of Latino health research.
Please join our Faculty Database. This will enable HSHPS to link you with researchers and students with similar Hispanic Health related interests.
