HSHPS/CDC Faculty Development Meeting
February 26, 2005

HSHPS held a Faculty Development Meeting on February 25^th and 26^th, 2005. The meeting was an opportunity to bring together faculty from HSHPS member institutions and communicate on issues of concern. This meeting’s goal was to create ways to identify, train and retain Hispanic faculty in research and higher education facilities, and to identify the organization's role in this effort. The symposium resulted in strategies for setting clear agendas within HSHPS’s programs to achieve these goals.
