Trainees will receive 3 checks, of which, the 2nd and 3rd check will be contingent on the completion of all internship activities. Changes to the terms and conditions of the traineeships are rare and must be approved in writing by the HSHPS.

HOUSING

Trainees are typically housed in apartments or dormitories with common apartment configurations including two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Due to the high cost of short-term housing, double occupancy is a must in some cases. We do our best to find housing that is near public transportation so that you can get to work without using a car. In some places, however, it is best to bring your car due to the lack of public transportation. In past trainees have carpooled, shared the cost of a rental car, or used a bicycle for transportation.
